The Paretaio country house is a window on the surrounding world. It is surrounded by different species of trees which are typical of the Mediterranean bush and it’s situated on the north-east side of the farmhouse Alberelli. It’s pergola offers as frame to a massive wooden table ideal for your afternoon tea but also for relaxing dinners and lunches and overlooks the valley and the sea and from here too you may be enchanted by the beautiful and clear horizon.
The house has a living room with sofa bed, a fireplace and kitchen corner, a double or twin room and a bathroom.
What charms more of this little country house is it’s privileged position in the middle of the wood and that enables you to plunge yourself into the many shades of the green and brown colours of the trees but also into the blue colour of the sea, and be enchanted by the shades and the light created by the rays of sunlight that flood the vegetation.
The cost of the Paretaio country house is of € 1050 per week in low season up to a maximum of € 1150 per week in high season. The price includes bed, bath and kitchen linen, water, electricity, wood for the fireplace, a cradle and a baby chair, as well as the final cleaning upon check-out.

- Used Heating € 6 per cubic meter consumed
- Laundry € 5 for one washing service
- Tourist Tax € 1 per day per person (from 14 years of age) only applicable from 1st of May to the 30th of September of each year.
