Prices and Services for Staying at the Farmhouse

Alberelli farmhouse  in Nibbiaia (Livorno – Tuscany) hosts guests in its apartments the whole year round except for the month of February when we are closed. The price of each apartment varies between low and peak season.

Our peak season is from 1 July 2023 until 9 September 2023, during which we ask for a minimum stay of 7 nights. The rest of the year we ask for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Terms of booking and payment of deposit:

To reserve your stay at Alberelli, we require a 30% deposit of the total amount. The desosità will be deducted from the total amount upon final payment. The deposit is to be paid via bank transfer within 3 days of receiving your booking confirmation email, which will contain the transfer details.

Alberelli’s Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation before 90 days of the arrival date: 100% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation from 90 days of the arrival date: the penalty is 100% of the deposit
  • Cancellation from 60 days of the arrival date: the penalty is 50% of the total amount
  • Cancellation from 30 days of the arrival date: the penalty is 100% of the total amount
  • No-shows and early departures: the penalty is 100% of the total amount

Extra services:

  • Additional cleaning: € 12 per hour
  • Baby sitting service: € 12 for 1 child, € 20 for 2 children
  • Vegan/Vegetarian Cooking Classes: € 70 per person for a 3.5 hour course with lunch included (min. 4 people)
  • Italian / English language courses: € 20 per hour for individual lessons, €15 per hour per person for group lessons (max. 4 people)
  • Tour of Florence with professional guide (price provided on request)
  • Extra linen: double bed € 8, € 6 single bed, towels € 5
  • Heating: € 7 per cubic meter
  • Wood for fireplace/stove (price provided on request)
  • Use of laundry room: € 5 per day
  • Extra bed: € 25 per day
  • Pets: € 5 per day per pet

For Retreats:

The booking, payment, cancellation conditions and services are specified directly in the Terms and Conditions contract that we hold with the organizers of the retreat group.

Tourist tax:

In 2020 the Council of Rosignano Maritimo determined that the period for which the tax is due runs from 1 May to 30 September of every year. It is € 1 per person per day (for a max. of 20 consecutive days) for persons from fourteen years old.
